Are you still overweight? Try this and see immediate results!

There are many reasons why people may lose weight, some of them throughout their lives. Some "experts" will tell you that it is hereditary, while others blame you for lack of exercise or overeating. While it may come from a long list of people who are overweight and you may never exercise, it is not the true cause of obesity.

Of course, in our hectic lives, we find ourselves eating more junk foods or unhealthy snacks and we don't find time to be active to burn those extra calories. But staying active and avoiding junk foods and snacks does not guarantee that you will get the weight loss results you want. Now is the time to get the results you are looking for.

My communications mentor once told me that it's not about what I'm saying, but how I say it. This really resonated and discovered that the same concept applies when it comes to eating and exercising. It is not so much about what you eat, but how you eat. Let me be clear.

Think about this. Most people trying to lose weight and get rid of burnt fat have a misconception that eating less food means losing more. This is not the way the body works.

These people woke up, skipped breakfast, ate a very light lunch, and then made up for what they lost at dinner with a heavy meal. At the end of the day, they consumed about 1,000 calories.

Simple logic would allow you to believe that "if I eat fewer calories a day, I'm sure I will lose some weight, right?" incorrect!! Have you lost anything? Probably not.

Your body is a lot like a "memory stick." It tells you that you burn only 1,000 calories a day, and that's exactly what you do, you burn only 1,000 calories a day. So when your body consumes more than that amount on a given day, say 2000 calories, you don't know what to do with the thousand extra calories you've stored, what do you think you would do with it? You guessed it, it stores it as fat.

On the other hand, training your body to digest 2000 or 3000 calories a day actually increases your metabolism rate to compensate for your eating habits. I know it sounds crazy, but it's 100% real.

I'm sure you had a friend who seemed to eat everything in sight and never gain any gram while you starve and keep struggling with your weight. It is a simple science.

Stop starving yourself. Take my advice and transform your body into a fat burning machine. You'll be impressed with the results.
